Today we are window shopping Plukka Jewellery, in particular rings. 

Plukka are known for their unique style and lets just say if you want a ring with punch this is the site to shop. They are an online store only so you won't see them walking down your local high street. Their designs come in a number of "series" , each of which is thematic with names such as "Westminster", "Razor Mittens" and "Icons", you get the hint that each range is completely unique.

Their prices range from $300 to $8000 USD depending on what the rings are made from ie diamonds or no diamonds.

When jewellery is not on your shopping list, it is guaranteed that you stumble across an amazing piece that you simply can't live without. But when you are looking for something special you usually find nothing that suits. So take a tip from us, when you come across a piece of jewellery that you can't resist, best to snap it up rather than wait for a rainy day.

Recently we stumbled across a whole e-store of amazing pieces that are unique and completely irresistible by the designer Elke Kramer. Elke's designs are for those who like to express their individuality.  She uses a diverse range of materials such as concrete, onyx, cork and slate, producing a range of jewellery that is feminine and urban at the same time.

Elke also has a range of eye wear and one off pieces such as fans and parsoals that follow the same theme of individuality and self expression

Be inspired: our top 5 picks from window shopping today at Elke Kramer:

1. The eminent bracelet made from real concrete, onyx and slate

Lots of beautiful things to choose from and almost everything on the site is under $300, so great value as well

Two things to note, their e-store is a bit on the clunky side and feels like an add on to the Press Site rather than a dedicate sales outlet. The other important thing to note is they have no refund policy, and exchanges can only occur if a replacement is available and the item is returned within 10 days, which is tight!

The 100% made in USA, American Apparel brand, is well worth checking out if you are looking for hip clothing that is young, fun and bright.

They have ranges for men, women and kids.

Traditionally known for just t-shirts and denim, they now have a comprehensive range of leggings, pants, sweat tops & fitness outfits, swimwear, dresses, sunglasses and bedding.

The style is casual and reasonably priced (although they service Australia from a specific Australian site which has slightly higher prices than the US site).

I am sure that you are familiar with Georg Jensen's beautiful range of silver Jewellery and watches.  Yesterday at Shopper Concierge, we explored their e-shop and were excited by the other beautiful products that are available online.

Specifically we fell in love with their homewares range that includes:

Cheese platters
cutlery and other silver items

It is a great site to shop if you are looking for a special gift or something to stand out in your home.
